Whatever your dream car may be great.  I just put this video up to give you some inspiration.  Maybe a car does not inspire you. Whatever inspires you to be great real estate will give you the means to reach your goals.  

 

Real Estate is the greatest profession in the world.  Real Estate has been awesome to me. Real Estate has given so much to me and my goal is to give back to real estate.  

 

Real Estate is the biggest profession in the world and it has a job for everyone.  Real Estate Success does not care if you are brown or white, tall or short real estate success is within your reach.

 

There are thousands of real estate niches that you could get into.  I had the misconception that real estate was driving families around on the weekend showing them houses and to convince them to buy the house you are showing them.  Real Estate is much bigger than that.

In my thirty years of real estate, I have worked in several very profitable niches that are not on this list.  I have carved my real estate niches and it is my hope that you carve out your own real estate niche as well.

 

Although get started in something simple.  You could start as a residential real estate listing agent and then as you get some experience the floodgates of ideas will open for you.  An easy real estate niche would be to help first time home buyers. There are government programs that help first time home buyers.
