Let’s Make a Deal Real Estate Success is the name of the game. As a real estate listing agent, I have developed a number of excellent real estate scripts and tactics that enable me to consistently reach real estate property owners that are motivated to sell their property. What is important after my initial contact with real estate seller, is to get a fast response when I contact them thereafter.
This requires me to inform them of how they can benefit by returning my future communications. I do this by telling them to make a commitment to me. At the end of my first communication, I say, “Look, Mr. Seller, I’ll make a deal with you.” Having said this, I wait for him to ask, “What kind of deal?”
“I will not waste your time.” Let’s Make a Deal Real Estate Success, If you hear from me, it will be for only one of two reasons, Either I have a great real estate deal for you, or I need additional information from you to help me find the perfect property for you. Does this seem reasonable to you?”
I wait for the real estate property owner that is motivated to sell to consent. Then I add, “However, if I do call you or text you and miss you, either of these two reasons I have mentioned requires an immediate return call from you. Let’s Make a Deal Real Estate Success. Does that pose a problem?”
By saying that at the end of the conversation, it’s most likely to stick in their mind. And by saying, “I will make a deal with you,” and obtaining a commitment through several minor-point closes, I make them feel obligated to return my text or call. Of course, I will send them to follow up with correspondence with them, which further solidifies that they are expected to return my future communications quickly.
By following the exact technique, you will increase returned call percentage significantly. This will increase your productivity.
