I was sitting in a weekend crash course to prepare for my real estate state exam.  I was forced to be there.  I did not want to be there because I did not want to work in real estate sales.  My boss was making me get my real estate license.  I was sitting waiting for the instructor to start his presentation.

One of his real estate stories was about a tuff real estate sales lady that was not doing well in real estate.  He offered the lady a job.  He offered her a job as his assistant.  He was needing an assistant to help him close his escrows.  He needed a tough lady to charge of his escrows.

She was a perfect fit for him.  He shared that he was too easy on loan agents, appraisers, contractors… Once she took charge his productivity soared.

The second story that he shared that the real estate industry was bigger than we could ever imagine and real estate had a job for everyone.  And it did not matter is you yellow, green, tall or short, if you had a college education – none of that matter.
