Call your stock broker and buy some stocks in the publicly traded company. This will enable you to leave a message with the head of the corporation. Describe yourself as an apprehensive stockholder who wants to speak to him.
The head of the corporation will speak to you or return your call. Respond by saying what is the corporate philosophy on preserving shareholder value through cost reductions achieved by buying a bigger building, reducing the interest rate of your current interest only real estate loan.
